It's Time To Get Paid
by: Alan Baxter, Staff Writer

In today's society many teens are looking for after school jobs, whether it's at the local grocery store  or the newest clothing store in the mall. The rate   of teen's working is higher than ever. More and more teens want to work, but what many teens don't realize is that the job interview is the biggest part of getting the job.
You have to come prepared and dressed for      success, even if it's just a job at the local        McDonald's. The employer will see that you're very ready for the job. Ask questions, the employer is there for you to get to know.  Also use their time.  K-mart Manager, Andy Contillio says," When I have interviews with teens I'm looking for them to change the order of things, teach me something for once."
When you get to the interview, try to be relaxed. Don't be nervous!  Signs of nervousness are rocking, not looking at the employer in the eye, biting you nails, etc.
