The art department feels it is important for the students to exhibit their work in a variety of settings. Students from the Advanced Portfolio Class have had the opportunity to showcase their talents both inside and outside of the high school. Shows have been sponsored by the Pagoda Arts Council and Art Plus Gallery.

Students also participate in a variety of competitions. Each year students participate in a variety of poster design contests- including one sponsored by The Reading Public Library, Hussian School of Art, and The Labor Council.

Additionally students show their work at regional shows including- The Kids Show, Wyomissing Art Institute County Show, BCIU Art Show, and Scholastic Arts. These venues all provide great exposure for the students.

The year culminates with a District Art Show held each spring in the Geigle Gym. This Show features work from the elementary, middle, and high schools.
