Reminders

  • It is the policy of the Food Services Department that if School is closed for snow or some other emergency, the meal that was prepared for that day will be served the next day. 


    Menu Substitutions are sometimes necessary because of product availability problems and supplier delivery delays.  Your understanding is appreciated.

Summer Feeding Information

  • Reading School District offers summer feeding sites at each of our 19 school buildings, plus mobile sites at Glenside, Jamestown Village and Oakbrook/Berks County Health Clinic. All Reading children ages 18 and younger, as well as all Reading children with special needs ages 21 and younger, can receive a free breakfast and lunch meal on the below dates.
