Knight News: March 28, 2018

  • Maia Ohlinger

Congratulations to Maia Ohlinger for placing 1st chair and leading the orchestra as concertmaster of the PMEA Northeast Region Festival last weekend at Dallas High School in Scranton, Pa.  The region festival hosted the top orchestra students across 14 counties, and students auditioned for their seating in the ensemble.  It is a remarkable feat that Maia placed first in the incredibly competitive first violin section. Maia will now represent Reading High School at the PMEA All-State Music Festival in Lancaster in April.
