$1 donation - or more!
Any employee who donates at least $1 will be entered into a raffle to win 1 day off with pay. One professional staff member and one support staff member will be selected. Winners will coordinate their day off with their direct supervisor.

All items above, plus a chance to win 1 day off with pay. This is in addition to the donate at least $1 incentive so employees giving at least $754 would receive two opportunities to win a day off with pay.

Donate at least $1 per pay and be entered to win a black Red Knight hoodie (sweatshirt). A winner from each bargaining unit will be selected.

Bonus | New Givers and Current Givers who increase their donation
All new givers and any current givers who increase their contribution by at least $1 will be entered into a Target and Amazon gift card raffle. Two winners will be selected.

Woo-hoo! We hit our 20+20 United Way Campaign goal in the first week! We’ve raised more than $41,000 so far. Thank you to all of the employees who have donated. Donations will be accepted until November 6, 2020. Every dollar counts – and will help people and non-profit organizations in our community.

We're gearing up for our 20+20 U-Knighted Campaign. E-pledge forms will be sent on October 12, 2020, and our campaign will wrap up on November 6, 2020. Our goal is to raise $40,000 and have 40 percent staff participation and have 40 current contributors increase their giving.

To raise $40,000 for United Way of Berks County and local organizations.
40 percent
To have 40 percent -- or approximately 800 -- of our district employees make a contribution. Every $1 counts!
40 current contributors increase giving
To have 40 of our current United Way contributors increase their giving by at least $1.
Starting October 12, e-pledge forms will be sent to employees via your district e-mail.
If you are a staff member who does not have a district e-mail address, a personalized paper pledge form will be available by request.
Our campaign wraps up on November 6.

United Way paper pledge forms will be available by request for those staff members who do not have access to district e-mail. If you are an employee without an e-mail address but you are interested in donating to this year's RSD United Way Campaign, please contact your direct surpervisor or prinicpal. Completed forms should be returned inter-office mail to the Superintendent's Office in the Administration Building by November 6, 2020.
