Early Bird Week | Win a Day Off with Pay
Any employee who donates at least $15 between Monday, August 19, 2024 and Friday, August 24, 2024 will be entered into a raffle to win 1 day off with pay. One professional staff member and one support staff member will be selected. Winners will coordinate their day off with their direct supervisor.

Donate any amount between Monday, August 19, 2024 and Friday, August 24, 2024, and you will be entered to win RSD swag, including Red Knight stickers, pens, stress balls, lanyards and pop sockets as an extra incentive!

Items above, plus Dress Down Days on the first Monday of each month from September 2024 through June 2025, plus Wednesday, November 27, 2024 and Friday, December 20, 2024, and January 2, 2025. Note: We will have the 1st Dress Down Day on Monday, September 9, 2024 since the district is closed on Monday, September 2, 2024 in observance of Labor Day.

Items above, plus a chance to win 1 day off with pay. This is in addition to the donate at least $15 Early Bird Week incentive so employees giving at least $754 would receive two opportunities to win a day off with pay.

Bonus | New Givers and Current Givers who increase their donation
All new givers and any current givers who increase their contribution by at least $15 will be entered into a Target and Amazon gift card raffle. Four winners will be selected.

Campaign Timeline
Begins Tuesday, August 19, 2024
Ends Friday, November 8, 2024United Way of Berks will send an e-pledge form to your district email starting on August 19, 2024. The email will be delivered from “Your United Way Committee.” If you do not receive an e-pledge form, you can either complete/submit a paper pledge form and mail it interoffice to the Superintendent's Office or contact Leah Fuoco at fuocol@readingsd.org. Paper pledge forms are available in the main office of each building.

Paper Pledge Forms

United Way paper pledge forms are available in the main offices at our schools for staff members who do not have access to district e-mail or who did not receive an electronic pledge form. If you are an employee without an e-mail address but you are interested in donating to this year's RSD United Way Campaign, please contact your direct supervisor or your building's main office staff. Completed forms should be returned inter-office mail to the Superintendent's Office in the Administration Building by November 8, 2024.
