ASVAB and PSAT Information

The ASVAB and PSAT will be administered at Reading High School for selected RHS,  RKAA Thomas Ford, RKAA CityLine, and RVA students on Tuesday, October 25. Reading High School will run on a modified schedule on Tuesday, October 25:

Tuesday, October 25

• Students taking ASVAB report to the auditorium at regular time (7:30 a.m.)
• 11th grade (3rd year students) report to the assigned PSAT testing room at regular time (7:30 a.m.)
• 10th grade AMCTC students report to Reading High School auditorium at 7:30 a.m.
• 3rd year RVA students report to Reading High School auditorium at 7:30 a.m.
• 3rd year RKAA City Line and RKAA Thomas Ford students report to their RKAA site. A bus will transport them to Reading High School for testing. Students will be returned to their RKAA site for lunch after testing.
• Low Incidence students should report to Reading High School at their regular time
• Low Incidence students who attend AMCTC will attend CTC at their normally scheduled time.
• Any student who takes specialized transportation should arrive at their bus stop at the regular time.
• 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students who are NOT TESTING should report to school at 11:10 a.m.
• Any student who is NOT TESTING and rides a bus, should report to their bus stop 3.5 hours after the normal time.
• 12th grade AMCTC students should report at their regular time.

Wednesday, October 26

• Selected students will take ASVAB. All other students should report to school at normal time and follow their normal schedule.
• Students taking ASVAB should report to the auditorium at regular time (7:30 a.m.)

Los exámenes ASVAB y el PSAT se administrarán a los estudiantes de la escuela secundaria Reading, la escuela RKAA Thomas Ford, RKAA CityLine y la Academia Virtual de Reading el martes 25 de octubre y el miércoles 26 de octubre. Las escuelas funcionarán en un horario modificado durante el período de examen:

Martes, 25 de octubre

• Los estudiantes que toman los exámenes ASVAB se reportan al auditorio a la hora habitual (7:30 a.m.)
• 11º grado (estudiantes de 3er año) deben presentarse en las aulas asignadas para tomar el examen PSAT a la hora habitual (7:30 a.m.)
• Los estudiantes de 10mo grado que asisten a CTC por la mañana se reportan al auditorio de la secuela secundaria a las 7:25 a.m
• Los estudiantes de 3er año de la Academia Virtual de Reading deben presentarse en la escuela secundaria Reading a las 7:25 a.m.
• Los estudiantes de 3er año de RKAA City Line y RKAA Thomas Ford se reportan a su sitio de RKAA. Un autobús transportará a los estudiantes a la escuela secundaria Reading para los exámenes. Los estudiantes regresarán a su sitio RKAA para almorzar después de terminar con el examen.
• Los estudiantes de baja incidencia deben presentarse en la escuela secundaria  Reading a la hora habitual.
• Los estudiantes de baja incidencia que asisten a CTC en la tanda matutina asistirán a CTC en su horario habitual.
• Cualquier estudiante que tome transporte especializado debe llegar a su parada de autobús a la hora habitual.
• Los estudiantes de 9.°, 10.° y 12.° grado que NO TIENEN QUE TOMAR EL EXAMEN deben presentarse en la escuela a las 10:50 a.m.
• Los estudiantes de CTC de la tanta matutina del grado 12 deben presentarse a la hora habitual.

Miércoles, 26 de octubre

• Estudiantes seleccionados tomarán el examen ASVAB. Todos los demás estudiantes se reportarán en su horario habitual.
• Los estudiantes que tomarán el examen ASVAB se deben reportar al auditorio en su horario regular (7:30 a.m.)
