RHS School IDs

Your school ID is important. It gives you access to school and helps keep our buildings safe and secure. It also provides free entry to sporting events. The IDs are expected to be on the student's person at all times and available when requested.

Families of 10th-12th grade Reading High School students:

Keep an eye on your messages and emails! We're missing photos of some students, and we need them to come to school next week to get their School ID photo taken. If you receive a notification that your student is missing a photo:

3 Things You Need to Do! 

1. Use this link from Barksdale School Portraits to sign up for a picture time. Pictures will be taken at Reading High School on Tuesday, August 2 and Wednesday, August 3 from 11 AM - 4 PM.
   
   Dress to impress!  And show up for your appointment. Having your ID picture taken is free. This will also be your school picture if families wish to purchase copies.
   
   
2. A bus will pick you up if you need a ride. See details below. 
   
   
3. Order extra copies of your photo. Families can prepay to order extra copies of the school pictures online. Payment for any additional orders is due on picture day.

Didn't receive an email or text notification? Not every student needs to have their picture taken. Only 10th-12th grade students who do not have a picture need to sign up. If you don't get the email, that's OK. You don't need to do anything!

Transportation

On August 2nd and 3rd school buses will pick up students for make-up picture day from the following locations:
Southern Middle School
Southwest Middle School
Northwest Middle School
Glenside Elementary
Millmont Elementary
Brookline & Scott in Oakbrook

Each location will have two buses (12 total) that shuttle students to the high school, and back, approximately every hour. A schedule is listed below:
