These forums provide an opportunity to hear important updates from district administration on construction, initiatives, and programs, with dedicated time for community questions and feedback. These events are open to all community members & parents/guardians.

Guardians of “R” Knights
The RSD Mental Health Committee, alongside In Mind Services, is excited to be offering a 4-session series for “R” Guardians. This series has been created based on the Parent Interest Survey that was dispersed at the end of last year. Please see the “Guardians of “R” Knights” Flyer for more information, and make sure to RSVP using the QR Code/Link, as dinner and childcare will be provided for this FREE LIVE event! Any guardians who attend all four sessions (Live Kick Off Event on November 7th and three virtual sessions) will be entered to win a Staycation Raffle Prize, including a FREE night at the Double Tree of Reading! We hope to see you on November 7th!
Hispanic Heritage Month Event
On October 24, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Reading High School will be hosting the Hispanic Heritage Month Showcase in the Geigle Gym. Come view the work RSD students have prepared throughout the month. There will be art displays, performances, authentic cuisine, celebrations of diversity and more.

Guardianes de los Caballeros “R”
El Comité de Salud Mental del Distrito Escolar Reading junto a In Mind Services, se complace en ofrecer una serie de 4 sesiones para los Guardianes «R». Esta serie ha sido creada basada en la Encuesta de Interés de Padres que fue dispersada a finales del año pasado. Por favor vea el volante «Guardianes de los Caballeros “R”» para más información, y asegúrese de confirmar su asistencia usando el código QR/enlace , ya que se ofreceremos cena y cuidado de niños para este evento GRATUITO PRESENCIAL. Todos los guardianes que asistan a las cuatro sesiones (el evento presencial del 7 de noviembre y las tres sesiones virtuales) participarán en el sorteo de una estancia, que incluye una noche GRATIS en el Hotel Double Tree de Reading. ¡Esperamos verte el 7 de noviembre!
Evento del Mes de la Herencia Hispana
El 24 de octubre de 2024, de 5:00 p. m. a 7:00 p.m, la secundaria Reading llevará a cabo la exhibición del Mes de la Herencia Hispana en el gimnasio Geigle. Venga a ver el trabajo que los estudiantes del Distrito Escolar Reading han preparado durante todo el mes. Habrá exhibiciones de arte, presentaciones, cocina auténtica, celebraciones de la diversidad y mucho más.
