2025 MAKE-UP PHYSICAL UPDATE 7/14/25:
Hello! The location for tonight's make-up sports physicals at Northwest Middle School has moved from the gym to the cafeteria of Northwest Middle School. Please park behind the school and enter at door 14 on McKnight St. to make your way up to the cafeteria.
All attendees for the physicals need to complete their Planet HS accounts so that they can receive the physicals.
