Eligible for VFC Clinic:

A child is eligible for the VFC Program if:
• younger than 19 years of age
• has Medicaid or is Uninsured

NOT Eligible for VFC Clinic:
• A child is not eligible for the VFC Program if:
• Insure through CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program) or ACA Health Insurance
• Has private health insurance
• Is older than 19 years of age and older
